How to Check an Examination Result Online

Finding a result should be simple, but candidates often have questions about roll numbers, enrollment numbers, marks, result status and corrections. This guide explains the process and what to do when a record cannot be found.

1. Keep your details ready

Use the roll number or enrollment number printed on your examination document. Enter the information exactly as provided, including letters, numbers and hyphens where applicable.

2. Open the Result Portal

Go to the Online Result Portal, enter the requested identifier and submit the search. If more than one record is available, carefully compare the course and candidate details.

3. Review the result

Check your name, father's or guardian's name, course, examination details, marks and result status. Save a copy for your records if the portal provides a print or download option.

4. Certificate verification

If your document contains a QR code or verification identifier, use the Certificate Verification service where available. Verification results should be compared with the original document.

5. If the result is not found

First recheck the spelling and number. If the problem continues, contact support with the relevant enrollment or roll number and a clear description of the issue. Do not publish personal identification documents publicly in comments or social media.

6. Requesting a correction

For a spelling or record correction, contact the support desk and provide the information requested by the institution. Corrections should be handled through the authorized support process rather than by editing a result yourself.

Frequently asked questions

Can I search with both roll and enrollment number?

Use the identifier requested by the portal. If one identifier does not return a record, try the other when the interface supports it.

Is an online result a replacement for the original certificate?

Not necessarily. For formal use, follow the requirements of the institution, employer or authority requesting the document.
